Delivery Area

We deliver exclusively to addresses within Germany. International deliveries to other countries are currently not possible.

Delivery Times

The estimated delivery times are:

• Stock items: 3 to 7 business days after payment confirmation
• Order items or bulky items: The delivery time will be individually specified on the product page

The stated deadlines are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, regional holidays, or increased shipping volume. In such cases, we endeavor to inform you as early as possible.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping for orders with a value of €150.00 (one hundred and fifty Euros) or more — regardless of the delivery location within Germany.

For orders below this amount, shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout, based on weight, dimensions, and delivery address.

Track Your Order

After shipping confirmation, you will receive an email with your tracking number, which you can use to track your delivery in real time.

Bulky Goods and Large Furniture

Furniture and bulky items may require a delivery appointment. In these cases, our team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time.

Delivery Problems

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete product:

1. Document the condition immediately upon receipt with photos
