RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN POLICY

At Velmora Living, we want you to be completely satisfied with every piece you've chosen for your home. If something doesn't meet your expectations, we're happy to help.

Return Period

You have 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods to request a return or exchange. This period corresponds to the legal right of withdrawal in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament.

Return Conditions

For the return to be accepted, the product must meet the following conditions:

• It must be in perfect condition, without signs of use, damage, or alterations.
• It must be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories.
• It must not have been assembled or installed.
• It must be accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase.

Excluded Cases

Returns are not possible in the following cases:

• Products with signs of use, wear, or assembly marks.
• Custom-made or personalized products.
• Damage caused by improper use, falls, moisture, or incorrect handling.
• Requests received after the 15-day period has expired.

How to Request a Return

Send an email to kontaktvelmoraliving@gmail.com with the subject "Return Request" and provide the following information:

1. Order number
2. Product name
3. Reason for return

Our team will contact you within 2 business days with shipping instructions.

Refund

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the refund will be processed within 14 calendar days. The amount will be credited directly back to the credit card used for the order — according to your card provider's processing times.
